Returns & Refunds

Quick version

• Change of mind: return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, like-new, with all accessories and retail packaging.
• Opened personal-care electrical items (e.g., hot-air brush): not returnable once used (hygiene/safety).
• Defective/damaged/wrong item: contact us within 7 days — we'll replace or refund.

1) Change-of-Mind Returns

• Box-opened for inspection is OK, but the product must be unused / not plugged in, with all accessories and retail packaging intact (hygiene/tamper seals, if any, must remain unbroken).
• Start your return by emailing support@belaro.co with your order number; we'll issue an RMA and the correct return address. Do not ship without authorisation.
• For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
• Paid upgrades to shipping services are non-refundable.
• If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us — we'll try to accommodate after a quick inspection.

2) Non-Returnable Products (Hygiene & Safety)

For health protection, personal-care electrical appliances (such as hot-air brushes) cannot be returned once used/opened for use unless they are faulty. This keeps all customers safe.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

3) Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@belaro.co — please attach photos/video and your order number.
• We'll offer a replacement or a full refund.
• For confirmed faults or our error, we'll provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage (please keep the receipt).

4) Exchanges

• Faulty items: like-for-like replacement (subject to stock).
• Change-of-mind: exchange isn't guaranteed — please place a new order after your refund is processed.

5) Refunds

• Returns are inspected within 2–5 business days of receipt.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank or card provider may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
• We may apply a partial refund (or decline the return) if there are signs of use, missing parts, or damaged/absent retail packaging.

6) Refused / Uncollected / "Return to Sender"

If a parcel is refused, uncollected, or returned due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price per the policy above once the parcel is back with us.

7) UK/EU Statutory Rights

UK/EU consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period for most distance purchases. Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection are exempt once unsealed.
Our 30-day change-of-mind window for unused items is in addition to your statutory rights.

8) How to Start a Return (RMA)

1. Email support@belaro.co with the subject line "Return – Order #XXXX".
2. We'll reply with your RMA number and the return address.
3. Pack securely; include all accessories and any free gifts; write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
4. Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

9) Warranty

All Belaro products include a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Not covered: accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
