This page explains how you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data under applicable privacy and GDPR rights.

What you can request (UK/EU)
- Access: get a copy of your personal data (DSAR).
- Correction: fix inaccurate data.
- Deletion: ask us to delete data where applicable.
- Objection: object to certain processing (e.g., marketing).
- Portability: receive certain data in a usable format.
- Restriction: limit how we use your data in some cases.
What to include in your request
Please email privacy@belaro.co with:
Full name
- Email used at checkout
- Order number (if you have one)
- What you want (access / correction / deletion / other)
- Any relevant details or links/screenshots
Identity verification
- To protect your data, we may ask for verification (for example: confirming order details or other reasonable checks).
- We do not ask for full card details.
Response time & fees
- We aim to respond within 30 days (UK/EU standard), and sooner where possible.
- Requests are usually free, but we may charge a reasonable fee for excessive/repeated requests.
